Mason Jar Centerpieces

Please forgive my cheating, but I am redirecting you to another site today. Kristen, from Bridal Buzz, has an excellent post about how to turn regular old mason jars into pretty, nostalgic-looking, vintage mason jars. She's got a whole tutorial, complete with pictures. Check it out!

You're not cheating, it's called link love! :)

Thanks for passing along my tutorial, hopefully it comes in handy for someone!

I had planned to use mason jars at our wedding...but at the last minute changed my mind. I do use them around our house and in my craft room to hold goodies.... and of course we use them for the obvious reason of canning food.

I love this. Beautiful idea and the colors are perfect against the aqua mason jars.

Mason jars with filled with beautiful blooms are stunning! They are so eye-catching. This is probably one of the best option I have for my upcoming wedding. I also visited americanbridal.com where I checked out their great centerpieces also such as luminaries and glass photo vase.

I love jars. I would probably have these in my collections or better in my wedding reception accessories.

I have to say, I prefer mason jars without the bows. Feels more rustic + less fussy to me.

We also used little mason jars for votives. If you leave the canning ring on (removing only the lid), it adds a nice reflective gleam :)
